"Hey Mainlanders! It’s Feorie Frimon and I’m back today to finish off the Atoll Coast ride we’ve been doing for the past few weeks. I toyed with my windlight settings and I think you’ll be pleased - the final result turned out great. I’ve got some super interesting interviews lined up for July and August, but I’m still on the hunt for a few more interested residents to hop on a POD and take a ride with me." "Today’s therapy session takes us to Krak Bak Caye at The Sim Quarterly. You haven’t got much time left to emerge yourself in the sights and sounds of this tropical installation by creator Elizabeth Jewell, inspired by the beautiful island of Belize. On July the 25th it will be going *poof*, as that is the nature of all installations at The Sim Quarterly." Read more on the blog.

"DJ Dandy and DJ Likka from the Basement Club both had their performances at the super cool DJ stage in Second Life. Wow!!! What an amazing stage. There was an inflow of many avatars and you could tell they really were enjoying not only the scenery but the music. So many happy people here to celebrate 18 years of Second Life." "A common question I ask on this website, is this: With Second Life already offering so many free experiences, including travel related sims, how can you get people to spend 2000L+ on a virtual hotel or resort room?" Read more on the blog.

"Wandering through Second Life I chanced upon the virtual Hotel Chelsea and was immediately impressed with the scale of building, the quality of the build, it’s myriad rooms, and simple but imposing presence. (Since then I have compared some details of the real life Chelsea Hotel in New York City with this replica and find the recreation is staggeringly accurate – even the lift breaks down, just like the real life lift)." "As this is a preview piece, this article is going to be a little different to my usual travelogues, as rather than offer something of a walk through of the settings, I want to talk about the atmosphere that Ness and Natalie create within their region designs, and why I find their work so attractive and memorable." "The Moles have added a really nice Ebbe Altberg Memorial in the Altberg region in Second Life. There are little white candles dotted around, a nice waterfall nearby and a large statue of Ebbe along with a small piece of writing about him. It’s a beautiful tribute I think and it’s such a lovely gesture." Read more on the blog.
"It is so cool when someone takes a traditional Bellisseria home and turns it into something unique! Having bumped into Becca Ordinary in my travels, and after seeing the stellar opening of her new cafe last week, it only seemed logical to sojourn over and take a look for myself. This entry is all about The Riverbridge Cafe in Capitol Springs in Bellisseria." Read more on the blog.

"I’ve now stayed in close to 50 Second Life hotels and resorts, something to the best of my knowledge no one has ever tried to do before. At the same time, this website has had over 25,000 page views since January, about 10x more than I thought it would get when I started writing at the end of last year! With me taking a July break from doing reviews, I thought this was a good time to highlight my ten favourites so far." Read more on the blog.
"I scoped the Rizzi Hotel out last year when I was looking for some where to spend some time celebrating an anniversary – it didn’t happen BUT I knew it was a place I wanted to vacation at – and I did it!" Read more on the blog.
"The Oahu Vacation resort is somewhere I've been wanting to review for a while. I originally featured it back in November as part of a list of resorts that are a possibility for longer (several weeks as opposed to days) stays. I finally managed to come back for a closer look, and my conclusion now is that the Hawaiian themed sims Oahu forms part of are worth a visit, but not a stay." Read more on the blog.
"I have been toying with the idea of making a fall sim this year and swung back and forth on whether to or not. But I already had the bug…I really wanted to do it. So mid week I found a sim and set about starting to layout my ideas. I’m pushing myself to create a less ‘linear’ region that I would do normally and it all starts in a tiny fishing village called Deer River. This photo is taken on some rocks on the beach. I’ll have more wips to show as the region comes to life and I’m aiming for 1st September to open it." Read more on the blog.
