"I have been sorting through my Halloween decorations and am excited about the whole trick or treating thing this year. I finally live somewhere that I am very likely to get some kids. I loved taking my daughter out for trick or treating when she was little. Our tradition was to first go out trick or treating and then come home and watch It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown while sorting her candy….a piece for her, 2 for me..you know how that goes, right?"
"I have done a follow-up video as mentioned in a previous post, to help get a handle on how to create alpha layers, how to not have to pay to test them by using local textures. I hope it helps those that are going through their mesh in the hopes of really embracing the bakes on mesh options available."
"It really is.. I love how the leaves turn color, I love the smell in the air, I love the October rains too.. Autumn is my favorite season of the year and not so much because of Halloween since we don’t do that in The Netherlands. I never was a fan of dressing up for those kind of events but I do love everything else about this season."
"Tis the witching hour of night,
Orbed is the moon and bright. And
the stars they glisten, glisten.
Seeming with bright eyes to listen-
For what listen they?
"For my simploring tour on Thursday, September 26th, I selected Twilight Doors from scoop.it SL Destinations. Twilight Doors is located on a 1/4 of a full adult sim. It is owned by Bo Zano (Bozanonl Resident). The landmark description reveals a bit of what Twilight Doors is about: “Studio for quality scenes and back drops”"
A special treat as we move towards Halloween..
London City's tribute to Breaking Glass, with Hazel O'Connor, from the 1980's Punk/New Wave scene.
The hit film starring Hazel O'Connor and Phil Daniels, and broke the UK box office in 1981."

"It seems that relationships start and end with great frequency in Second Life. At the start of the Spring and Summer months I watched as one friend after the other partnered. They all gushed at how their partner was the forever one. Some friends partnered for a mere 24-72 hours. While others lasted a lot longer. A few slowly disappeared from my friends list because I wasn’t partnered and couldn’t understand. Now that Fall has come around the vast majority of them have broken up. Very few of my friends have relationships last a long time, especially after they partnered."
"“I was drinking in the surroundings: air so crisp you could snap it with your fingers and greens in every lush shade imaginable offset by autumnal flashes of red and yellow.”
"Dining outside in early Autumn is the way to go....as long as you bundle up!"
