"One of the most exciting aspects of Second Life is the ability to customize your avatar in a very detailed way. Over time, thanks to the quality of the heads, bodies, skins, and all the different BOM levels (bake on mesh) offered on the market, the users’ creativity is manifested in the creation of Avatars of exceptional quality. Whether realism or fantasy is the user’s preferred choice, the customization possibilities are nearly endless.

In this post, I talk about it with Nihan Evermore, who caught my attention on Facebook after posting images of a high-quality avatar (many appreciated his work by writing in the comments)."

"Tutsy Navarathna signed up for Second Life for the first time on May 21, 2008. At a very young age, Tutsy understood that he needed a job that would allow him to live a little “outside the system”. Hungry for adventure, he found himself at home in the world of artists. As he says, it was not so much the art that made his life run, but rather being an artist and living the life of an artist." Read more on the blog.

"Mareea Farrasco logged into Second Life for the first time on 12/31/2009. Life without art for her would be like imagining the beauty of nature without the power or gentleness of words. Mareea finds her inspiration in small, insignificant things or breath-taking landscapes, from the colors of the sky and the water, from other works of art, or from the outside world as well as from her inner universe…" Read more on the blog.

Our friendship is far out of the virtual space, full of trust, respect, hearty warm and crowned with strong empathy for the light full and also the dark sides of our personalities. Maloe belongs to the group of people who are strongly guided by feelings and she is blessed with ability to touch our souls with her photography." "Lika has been in Second Life since 5 February 2018. Inspired by music and poetry, challenges and constraints, but mostly by looking at simple things, emerge the stories that Lika use to tell us whit her work. As she says, her works are not there to solve a problem or a question. Everything she does exists to convey meaning, feelings, beauty, to wake us up, to give us pause, to stir emotions or memories." Read more on the blog.

"On January 5th, 2007, Bamboo Barnes logged into Second Life for the first time. The things that move Bamboo are impatient and scary to miss. Her body is driven by art, and she doesn’t want to miss a chance to create something. Sometimes music mixes with frustration to create something, but most just roam around in it. This is Bamboo, her art, all of her." "On January 23, 2010, Awesome visited Second Life for the first time. Awesome Fallen is not only a great artist, she is very socially active. She belongs to the group of heroes of our time who deal with the loss and saving of lives of others every day! My deepest respect, as well as sincere thanks for your service for others, Awesome! I am just as enthusiastic about her works of art as about her personality. The colors, the depths, the ideas, the rationale, the story and the feelings that grow in me while watching Awesome´s photographs range from deep sadness and inner emptiness to the smile of a child and the comforting feeling of being carried and felt with almighty love."
