"I want to get better at photo processing, so I have a few questions for you guys...

1. What software do you use to process your photos?

2. How long does it take you to process a single photo?

3. I'm looking for beautiful bokeh material. Where do you get the materials you use to process your photos?

4. What did you look at to learn about photo processing?"

"It is said that Jennifer Steele’s paintings fall into the genre of representational impressionism, that they are painted in a combination of acrylic and oil paints. I respectfully disagree. It makes far more sense that she paints in dreams. No… You misread that. She doesn’t paint dreams. She paints IN dreams. She, surely, has found a way to dip her brush into Morpheus’ personal palette and slather the very fabric of the dreamworld across a canvas. Every piece has an almost surreal, otherworldly quality that I find, counterintuitively, both comforting and disturbing." Read more on the blog.

"This is it! This is the day I’ve been planning since I decided a few months ago to turn Sinful Retreat into an art sim. Back at the end of July/the beginning of August, I started contacting artists offering up sections of my sim to do with as they would, to create a cohesive environment out of incongruent styles of art. What we celebrate now is the first iteration of that vision. Represented on the sim currently are 10 different artists including myself. More are waiting in the wings to take sections over in the coming months to begin the process of evolution. From here on out, the sim will continue to slowly change and develop in new directions. "To try and succinctly define Milly Sharple’s work is an exercise in futility. To call it diverse is an understatement. Known to many across the grid and the globe for her fractal works, her art encompasses so much more. Her masterful execution not just of fractals, but of photography, photo manipulation, portraiture, cubism, and myriad other styles, methods and media make her a one woman powerhouse of art. Virtuality - 2.jpg

"There is a huge section of artistic minds in Second Life that love and admire art.
Art is in essence an expression of emotion and feelings and is not always easy to write down, but visiting an art exhibition helps artists to show the hidden essence and emotion, and art exhibitions give us a room to discuss, allowing inspirations to grow endlessly." Read more on the blog.
