Patience Irling

My friend was on last night but now she can't log on at all and has no clue why. Is there anything anyone can do to help her? She has quite a bit of money invested into her account.

I purchased Lindens and I haven't received them yet. It said it was successful but nothing shows up. That has been a while ago. What do I do?
