Has nobody else got this problem?.... or just don't know how to fix it? .... I'm wondering if it's just me???? Can someone answer please? thanks

Recently my web tab on profiles in game has changed for the worse and I don't know how to get it back to how it was. I used to be able to take a snapshot and save to profile then see it in the web tab, along with any comments or loves, but now all that is there is a white page with various blue links at the top like home or people, my own name and photo and not much else. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix? Thanks.
