Annalleese2Hawker

For some reason today, when i log on, it only shows me as a ball of light. i cannot see my avatar. I've asked other people, but they can all see my avatar. I've downloaded the latest driver for my video card and i've tried all i can think of to get it to work.. Can someone please help?
