welcome back ! I have a friend who is a premium user calling them and i put out a support ticket . since the issue is on thier end there isnt much else we can do except sit back with some netflix..watch a few horror films and eat lots and lots of halloween candy ! *passes around the candy corn*
Me neither ! at this point you have 4 options ...file a ticket and wait for a few days to a few weeks and maybe they will help you, sign up for a premium membership and call them for help ! or you can wait it out and hopefully the problem will fix itself eventially.
Thanks it could be that ! I just think its odd that its only my account thats affected. My sister can log on from our house on my laptop without a problem.
Everytime I try to login i keep getting this message. Ive tried clearing my cache , reinstalling my viewer trying other viewers, resetting my router ..so far nothing has worked? any ideas?
