Nevermind. Found it "Create new hair"

That would be great to be able to make my own. All I need is the ability to edit the item (bald base, or whatever) that has an icon of brown hair so I can change the shape of eyebrows around, etc. My problem is I'm going to new body parts > Hair and I find only unmodifiable hair body parts.

Anybody know where to find one?

Also, try pressing Cntrl + 9 to normalize your view. It looks weird.
