ALso can't purchase items on Marketplace when Ido Have lindens.. its all crazy and its ticking me off cause now I can't prove a purchase. I have lindens that have been Earned. I have payment infor on file.

I have no Transaction histroy on my account. I have no way to PROVE I have purchased an item when there is a problem. I also cannout shop on Marketplace for some weird reason. How to fix.?? I have tons of lindens that I transferred from another avatar and it shows the correct balance in my profile in world and here on online account. I Have NEVER had a history from purchases bought InWorld. Not today, yesterday, last week. I have Payment information on File.

I am so frustrated. I have read the knowledge base checked the blogs and foound nothing to fix my problem which is that my web profile and in world profile are not communicating. I have 2 different profiles. InWorld I have money and friends and groups. Web profile shows I have a partner and a -10L balance with no friends or groups or nothing. I went to submit a support ticket and they only have specific catagories which mine does not come under. So how am I supposed to resolve this? Friends say to call them but I see no number listed anywhere. any suggestions?

Hi So it seems I have more than one profile for my avatar. One is paid and one is not. One is partnered and one is not. Same profile pictures. One has emoty profile one has information and picks. To top it off the internet one show no money yet I have 500L. My partner is not very happy, laughs. If you look up my profile you will see no partner but if you click on my partners profile (nealsnow resident) and click on partner you see different profile. I find it very funny he does not.... Anyone heard of this happened before. And its been 3 days. So not just a one day glitch.
