Who do I consult regarding regarding buying tier -half a Sim from Linden labs at 125 a month? Need not to have restriction or sl wild life items like whales, sharks, horses, llions, birds, etec.

I am trying to buy several items that are in the marketplace at Zero cost. when I do check out or buy it now there is no transaction. It will not allow it to go through. Instead it returnd me the SL market place webpage. Please assist. PS it will let me pay if I buy something at cost. Thank you Syykyr
