RequiemOfHorror

Basically, my friend had given me an item and it was in my inventory before I teleported, I ended up teleporting home and wanted to rez my item but when I went to find it in my inventory, it was missing. I've relogged dozens of times, I've cleared the cache, I've followed EVERY instruction for retrieving lost inventory items and even went so far as restarting my computer in a whole, I've checked via seach for the item, lost and found and everything. What do I do? ALSO, my friend doesn't have the item either. Neither of us can find it again
