  1. Yesterday I wanted to close my basic account but there was an info about 12.24 billing rate. Why? Could you axplain? Some person here adviced me to call you to report problem this way. Why? It is basic account, it costs nothing! So, what to report? And my core question - when my account will be finally closed? Note, I didnt' want to restore it but just to close. I was using it for several days as a basic free account.

I wanted to close my Second Life basic account and there appeared such an info: 'Your billing rate: USD 12.24 Basic*' I read this forum in the case above, does it mean that this billing rate says how much it will cost if I wish to undelete the account? So, it doesn't mean this bill is for deleting account but undeliting - when I would like to change my mind and have it back after deleting? Oddly written.. My current status: 'Cancellation pending. Account goes on hold: Monday, 04-21-2014'

    I also have the same strange situation. I wanted to close my Second Life basic account after just several days of using, without any transactions. Your current plan: Basic Membership Upgrade to Premium today! And there appeared such an info: Your billing rate: USD 12.24 Basic* Shouldn't Second Life fix this thing? Please don't tell me to call you to explain it because it sounds ridiculous to me. I used a free account, is it my problem?
