Who would I contact regarding a bogus report? I searched the Support Page, but could find nothing in regard to bogus reporting, and how a friend can vouch for another. (A dear friend of mine was kicked out of his account based on a bogus charge submitted by a resident with a personal vendetta - unfairly, I might add). My friend tried to contact LL, but they told him it was being investigated. Can someone help us?

What about the latest news regarding the Heartbleed / OpenSSL vulnerability? Is SL affected by this?
