-=< Paradise Suites >=- Brand new to SL! Thank you for your interest in paradise suites. Below you will find out some general information about our rentals and community areas. OVERVIEW Paradise suites offers quality furnished skyboxes for rent along with a common social area for all of our tenants use. Our aim is to not only provide a high quality home but also to create an intimate drama free community for our residents. The common area is located on the Sansara mainland continent with direct access to mainland roadways and protected open sea access. COMMON AREA Located on the Moderate region of Kanaloa our land offers our tenants an area to rez their vehicles and explore the Sansara. You can even sail north to the continent of Heterocera Atoll right from our very own water access. Don't have a boat? No problem! Tenants have access to several vehicle rezzers. The common area features a private beach, swimming pool, hot tub and a small outdoor dance club. Multiple rezzers for tenant use such as golf carts, beach buggys, paddle boats, Adult sailboats, tubes, flying bubbles and bumper boats. THE RENTALS Our skybox suites are furnished with items from top builders in SL. We aim to provide high quality furnishings that look amazing, have fantastic animations and high LOD so the items do not "break" while they should still be visible. Skyboxes are also equipped with "It's Not Mine!" compatible showers for those who get dirty and need to clean up. Each rental comes with a 40 prim allowance to fill in the empty spaces and give it your own look and feel. RATING Kanaloa is a moderate rated sim. However we have followed all the rules to allow for adult fun in both your own personal skybox as well as the common area.
