I sold my lindens and found out that you will not let me take out my cash out even though I have had a pay pal account on my Premium member account for several years. My pay pal account was removed not my me, my credit card was removed not by me, when you were doing your repairs. I would like to buy back some of my lindens for the game and leave the rest to pay for my land and things. It states that you use my credit on my account first. So why can't I get my money back to use?

I turned off my firewall and still can't log in using my computer, someone has either hacked into my computer or something. I had my DNS checked, My IP address checked. I even put SL through my firewall as it said to do. I even turned off my firewall and still nothing. I am using SL Viewer as always. I tried to log into other things using my computer as well like Inworldz and I get the same message using their viewer which says: Please check status, secondlifegrid,net to see if there is a known problem with the service. If you continue to experience problems, please check your network and firewall setup. Now I am getting this same message on second life viewer as well the inworldz viewer as well. I have uninstalled the viewer for second life and reinstalled it as it said and have "request/response"message pattern Enable outbound TCP access for ports 53,80,443,12043,12046, and 21002,. and Opened outbound access for UDP ports-Althrough UDP traffic from the same port Active outbound UDP for ports 53, 3478, 3479, 5060, and 12000-29999. as it said to do and still nothing but my computer crashed really bad totally and I just got it back come. Not everything works but I was just wondering what I should do next I have done everything I was asked to do yet still nothing, and I can't keep borrowning someone else computer for ever.

As for stating that I could log into everything but SL is that it is not my computer. Did file a bug report as well as my inventory is also having problems last time I could log in which is now two days.

I can log into my dashboard but not into through a viewer not even to inworldz get the same message to log into my dashboard. I logged into my dashboard and still can't log in through any viewer. This is a never ending problem ever since I turned people in last year. I my computer was hacked, had to turn that in. My AV was hacked had to turn that in, my inventory was hacked had to turn that in. Now again I can't get into my own paid account. What is the problems? Even using another computer same problem. I can log in everywhere but my paid acccount. I can log into facebook, skype, yahoo mail, yahoo, google, google mail everywhere but my account.

I have been trying to file a report for over an hour now and everytime I go to support I great the run around and now way to file. My problem is just before Christmas I had to return everything from my linden house back to me and now I can't find anything that I retruned what so ever. There was a dumb dance thing that was a box and it was on the floor of my house and I couldn't pick it back up so I returned everything, It listed that I was owner of everything in the house and I even made a lot of thing and I have maybe 8 items out of 25 items return to my inventory. Found some outside the house hanging on the ban lines the rest I don't know where there are. How do I find my things that I payed for and made both?

How do I get second life to change my pay pal account from the wrong one to the right one. The notice keeps saying I don't have a bank account, I don't need one. I have a paid account now so you have to help me and not put me off as you have in the past.

I didn't receive my full I order I ordered today. What is missing is listed above and I paid for these and the money is out of my account but nothing came.

my other Avatar-Lydiaunold is two colors and there is pink flashes all the time. Can't see almost nothing and crashed tonight. Not when I put up my other Avatar in the same place no problems. Even went to several places that my other Avatar went with on problems what so ever. I think would have to me someone that works for you company that only knows her and not my other Avatar. Can you fix this problem by tomarrow? My computer is new and If it breaks down becauseof this it is your company's fault. Please fix. Only with my Avatar Lydiaunold and no other one, been on for several months without a problem.

This happened when I got the new update today. What is going on.

I have been playing for a while with no problems much but being log off or pushed off but today for some reason I am a white dot. I wasn't a first but I teleporting to a free gaming place and started having problems, so I left and went to a free sandbox. Next I went to where I go dancing all the time and there was no sound all of a sudden. Then I logged off and came back on the sound came on but I didn't. I am nothing but a white spot. What is going on? Please help. I have just talked several of my friends to try this out and this is not helping if I can't show up. Lydiaunold.
