Why do i get proxy server not found when looking at profiles or looking up help questions?

Hi earlier i sent a message needing help here is the problem I was not able to get a screen shot so i wrote it down for you Sometimes there is more than one pop up this time it was only one Councel Opened 19:05:7 7-Aug-13 CreateRnSysmenSurface: __glNvRmAMemory64 failed 42

I keep getting a black box with errors all i remember is the part that says something about 64. Then after i get the black box pop up I crrash hard. I updated my driver and java thinking that was the problem but it was not it kept happening afer the updates.. please help!

When I d/l the new browser I get problems with a little black box that pops up then after a few minutes I crash. I have uninstalled and reinstalled s/l and also checked my graphics card that says it is compatable also it says my java is compatable I am at a loss here with this and it mostly happens on other sims and not my own. Ones that I am out shopping on mostly. please give me some suggestions to fix this please.
