It's sort of like what Dilbert said accept if you do it that way you end up with multiple textures so, instead of just drag and drop try going to the texture tab and drag and drop on to the texture. Then to make it show under your name create a new simple prim, name it what you want, copy paste the position of the mesh onto the new prim make it 100 percent transparent. After reselect the mesh and then after you select the mesh select the prim then link. Ok I bought a few mesh creators kits but how do you apply the uv map to the prim what do you do?

Ok i Like Nalates answer but im not very good at searching for things so can you do me a favor and just tell me which one to pick sorry it would take me hours maybe even days to find.
