An alternate account of mine has been compromised (avivit Resident) and I am having trouble getting it back. I filed a case report and got an email saying I needed to answer my security question but had not been asked the security question, nor did I get a link to any thing. Help? What do I do? Side note: They had me put in a contact email of which is different than the one on my account.
