Not wanting to add a bank account to paypal. Is it possible to just buy a canadian debit card ( already purchased) and add it to my linden account or purchase lindens from another system?

I received a Blue Menu notice that I had something called M3 issue11 waiting for me to accept this morning from unknown user by IntelliNet Distribution Server V1.2?  I have done nothing so far as I don't know if it is an update from somewhere or a "problem".  Please advise if you have any information as soon  possible.
