I can't get anything to come up, just a blank screen in destinations?????

When I log in all the avi's are grey and it takes forever to rez....any idea why?

I have black marks around the mouth and nose.....any idea what is causing this?

I cannot see my Avi, I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and even changed viewers and checked my bandwidth.....any idea what it might be? This has been going on for over a week now.
