Hello I have a problem entering SL, I use Second Life 3.6.13 (284995) viewer now, and when i execute viewer sometiems appear the option of receive notification in groups active when i have all groups wih this option disable. If i quit viewer and enter again in SL maybe the option turn again to be disabled alone. Is a problem becasue i wish not spam when i enter SL and if this option is active then i receive a lot of messages from 42 groups that block my avatar fully. Best regards CFalcon

Some hours working and today i start again SL and i have not voice... I dont understand nothing

Well, Voice did works with a old 3Com router but not with teh Comtrend. 2 days modifyng routers parameters, filters, ports, Nats, router firewall, ..., without any solution., using port configuration i found in google, and finally after a blue screen of windows entering SecondLife viewer, have begin to works again voice.... Murphy Law! Now waiting to next crash, lol BEst regards CFalcon

Hello Since yesterday that i have problems with voice. VOice icon appear in grey. Problem happen in all sims. I have try to drop the firewall, uninstall SL, also phoenix, delete the folders and install again. Open ports in firewall for slvoice and secondlife applicactions. Of course restart pc and routers. I have try in 2 desktops and one notebook and same problem. Finally i have try to change my Comtrend ct5365 for a old 3com and works the voice at first try. Entering again in the Comtrend router that had works till yesterday for a lot of years, i have try to configure also ports opening ports 44125 & 5060, without solution. I dont wish to use the old 3com because is not adsl2+ and dont get all the bandwitdh. Any idea? :) Best regards

Yes, thats true. I know also this URL, but only let 4 options about account and land, and only a tech option for avantline, and not for inworld issues. Maybe that in premium account there are more options. I spent a lot of real money in SL and make distintion in this options betwen premium or not premium i think is not good. And i was on past one year premium but i did return to basic account.

Yes, in JIRA for report a bug. But reading there i see the next This is not for technical support, contact Second Life Support. Please do not enter issues that require a tailored response to your individual situation Say not for inidividual issues. Seems is for general issues on SL that happen to a lot of people. But, where is now the ticket menu that i remember when i begin on SL?? dont exist now or is only for premium members??

Hi, Just today over 6 am SL time i was take off of SL, and sim i live Royal Island was disocnnect for a time. When finnaly i hve enter to sim, i see all object are in a position different, so i see have been make a roll back. Problem is that i see that time of roll back is half hour or more prior to time when the sim was disconnect and i have lost 7 amaretto food i did put into my autofeeder barril, and is not in my inventory. As i can to recover it? Where are the ticket option now in Linden Lab?
