I guess this is over my head. I have been playing the "skill gaming" for years. Now all of a sudden I can't because I live in Kentucky. Can someone show me where it is against my state law to play a game? We are home of the Derby one of the biggest gambling days of the year. We have bingo halls, state lottery, yet I can not use my "play money" to play a game? Do I sound like a whiner? Probably but that is the main thing I do in SL. I have been age verified, I have payment on file. Everyone else except 10 states can go to any grid they want. So does that not seem a bit discriminative? Not that anyone will actually answer me. Show me the LAW that says I am not allowed to play gambling games online. That is all I want to see.
