Carter Liveoak

This is a FULL Homestead sim , supporting up to 20 avatars at one time. Homestead sims are intended for "quiet residential or small business use" (per Linden Lab's description) and the sim is not suited to heavy commercial purposes. The objects (trees, structures, landscaping and ocean wave prims) currently on the sim are for demonstration purposes and will be removed to make room for tenant's objects. You'll get Estate Manager privileges. We'll permit some terraforming, as long as the result is harmonious with our adjoining sim; just get your terraforming plans approved by Carter Liveoak before proceding. Please ask before renting if you wish to terraform. We ask that the sim be rented in four week increments (L$27500 per four weeks; that's equivalent to a weekly rate of L$6875) with a week's notice if you decide to leave Tanglewood Grove. You may purchase the region for L$1, then pay the rent box to begin your rental period.
