A while ago a friend that builds started to clean her inventory, she erased 40K from her inventory at one time and since then she keeps crashing as soon as she logs in or the login never finish. She tried several viewers (Firestorm, SIngularity, SL Official Viewer) and still same issue, she contacted Linden Lab and they said that she should bring her inventory down to 150K but she can't erase because she keeps crashing. This issue is only with her main account her alt have no issues when she log in, she try to clear cache, another computer and still the same issue. Any ideas or suggestions?
