Hello my Marketplace Shop is only showing 514 listed items when it should be over 800 listed items where are the missing items? Listings that were unlisted are showing that should not be and still show as unlisted in my unlisted listings...if you click on them to edit them you go to the main marketplace page... so this is a real mess...just when I had a good sale day yesterday now all the items I was selling are missing....

How can I make my marketplace brochure pictures more clear?

My Transaction History page has not loaded for the past four days...

Something weird has happend at my home and only mine as neighbors are not affected...I cannot sit on my furniture, neighbors could not either, I went to their homes no problem or issue..I cannot use my teleporter, I cannot use my pose stand its every piece of furniture for which I have much...however other animations like water, smoke, spinning ceiling fans are all working...my doors also will not open... my neighbor has same house and I was able to open her doors fine... this is weird so therefore I am putting there here under abuse and griefer as I am suspecting fowl play after trouble shooting by having owner reboot the sim, trouble shooting my own pc and router , its only in my house, others could not either use my furniture but I can use in their homes it is just my home! If anyone has any thoughts I would appreciate it... thank you

I have tried both the SL Viewer latest version and the Firestorm Viewer also latest versions which I had no problems with prior to the Windows 10 update... I have Intel HD 2000 graphcs card..is there some settings within Windows 10 firewall or something else I can adjust to be able to enjoy my SL again?

I too have not received the item I purchased in their shop on January 1, 2016 and I have received no refund and no reply to my support tickets or notecards or IM's so clearly there is a problem at their shop and it should be closed down as it is taking money and not delivering the items purchased .....

Hi, I appreciate your input, however I am not on a laptop, I have a desktop...and it works fine with the other viewers, but I will adjust my settings for cache and bandwidth and see if that helps..I am on high speed Infinity internet cable... I do not use wireless...

I loved the SL Viewer was perfect and stable for me until the update IN January 2014 and ever since, even using he lowest graphic setting I will crash when I teleport and go into edit. So it is unusable for me at this rate. Firestorm however at least is stable and there I am not having these issues. I like using the SL Viewer, but why is it doing this to me? I reinstalled viewer two times, I am using lastest version of SL Viewer everything was wonderful until lastest update, I could teleport anywhere load and go on my way, now I am crashing every single time I go somewhere, I see my mouse shaking all over, I have installed a new battery in my mouse and it is still shaking so that is not the problem, I am recommended to keep graphics at "mid level" however to upload or do anything I now have to take it to lowest level. I am also not getting warnings of "high memory usuage from SL" from my computer. I did not get these warnings before. I would very much like to go back to the nice reliable SL I had prior to this latest update. As I need to build often and I use sandboxes but now I am crashing every time, so this is slowing my work down. I am getting very frustrated. Any ideas are appreciated. MY PC is working fine. Its only SL that is giving me problems. **Update to my first posting.... 02/07/2014 I cannot use the SL Viewer at all since the last update. It is not my isp, it is not my graphics card as I am able to use all other third party viewers with no issues. Prior to the latest update I was very happy and stable on the SL Viewer. So I do not know what has changed but when I try to use it, and I have performed clean installs a half dozen times now and know how to do them... some of the issues are the entire viewer begins to shake like its an earthquake happening, I crash when I touch the camera to look in another direction, I crash when I teleport anywhere, I crash when I rez a mesh object, as I make clothing, so it is a total loss to me, is there a way for me to go back to the version prior to the update? I did not save the prior downloads. I have been happy with SL viewer for past year...so I am very disappointed now... the graphics were much better then what I am seeing on the 3rd party viewers. Perhaps that has something to do with it...but again all was fine prior to newest update...

I seem to be crashing since the lastest update and I remember resetting one of the debug settings but I do not remember which one is there a way to reset them back to default in case that is causing my crashing? I am crashing when going to sandboxes to build.

Norton Security will not allow me to download the new version of SL as it is telling me it has a threat called: WS Reputation 1 and immediately removes it. Can someone help? I was able to upgrade to the newest version of Firestorm but I liked using the SL Viewer. What now?

Hello, I am trying to narrow down my issue but it only began occuring after yesterday's update to SL Viewer which is now verison 3.4.4. Ok here is what is happening, I go to my inventory, create a new folder and begin to type a name for that folder and "boom" I am gone, no more SL. This has happened a half dozen times now so I am singling this issue for now as cause of my crashing. This did not happen with previous version. Should I go back to my previous version and is that possible? Or any other suggestions. I need alot of folders as I make clothes for SL and make a folder for each item. Thank you for your help.
