  3. Hello everyone. I'm selling a really special parcel in one of the oldest Sims in SL. The sim is Clyde and it's one of the first Sims that came to life in 2002!. The parcel is ocean protected so you will always have a nice view. Since I need to move fast I'm selling it very cheap, right now is the cheapest (and best) parcel on the region, but even so, price can be discussed. Teleport
  4. Because I'm moving to a friend's sim, I'm selling a really special parcel in one of the oldest sims in SL. Features: Sim: Clyde (historical sim) 8192 sqm. Ocean Protected on two sides +40/-40 Terraform Objects sold with land (I used to have my store there, so you will find lot of nice things) http://slurl.com/secondlife/Clyde/99/250/40
  5. Taken from: http://deltango.wordpress.com/2010/10/26/471/ I vote for this! I therefore propose the following land tier fee schedule: Island full-prim: $200 per month (setup fee $1000) Homestead: $100 per month (setup fee $100) Openspace sim: $50 per month (setup fee zero) Mainland full sim: $100 ($50 each additional 1/2 sim) Mainland 1/2 sim: $75 Mainland 1/4 sim: $50 Mainland 8192m2: $30 Mainland 4096m2: $20 Mainland 2048m2: $15 Mainland 1024m2: $10 Mainland 512m2: $5 Mainland 512 Premium bonus: free But of course this would collapse the grid. So many people buying land means more servers to add, more processing therefore more grid instability.
