    Dont use the secondlife viewer.

    you could use the uuid in a script to apply texture to a prim with full bright large enough to take a screen shot but thats all i can think of.

    calling billing will just get you that they are working on it still (or gone home for the weekend and work on it monday after lunch)

    i did call billing support and all they said is that they are working on it, why is not this posted in gird status page? theres a post for the 7th that says resolved im sure that when it started to be broken...
