  1. CONCLUSION/SOLVED: The core source of this problem was me (mea culpa), lesson learned. I had in fact removed all members including myself from the Group before addressing land ownership and objects with 0 return possibility. I have learned several valuable lessons along the way. In the future, I will do more research before acting impulsively and not "assume" anything. Both you and Linden Support have been excellent and I can't thank you enough for the time, knowledge and patience you showed. In the final solution to this support case, Guy Linden was able to gain ownership and set the land as for sale to Primus Neox (me) only for $0 L. I can't stress enough just how impressed I've been with the great service and help I received along the way. PS: I'm keeping a premium account, just couldn't go back to basic after all this.   3. UPDATE: I couldn't reach Tech Support due to Thanksgiving holiday on Wed Nov 26th and I have been out of town till now. (Monday Dec 2, 2014). So here is the update, not sure what I was thinking but my alt had left the group and later I left the group also. (I was considering going back to basic and thought this would do it, I also assumed items would be returned but 3 remain and are group owned). I was billed my quarterly premium fee yesterday and so I logged on to see the status. My group "Primal Zone" still exists but has NO i.e. "0" members, but in spite of that Linden has not disbanded the group as far as I can see. (been way over 48hrs). Here is what I found when I logged in. "About Land" for my property shows as: Name: Primal Zone Parcel ID: The parcel ID could not be resolved. Owner: Group owned. BOTTOM LINE: Ihave now opened a tech support issue. I will let you know how that turns out. I propose restoring my profiles to the day before the disaster as one possible solution.   4. Thank you very much for your thorough advice. I will try the troubleshooting steps you recommend. I am going away for 3 days but will let you know how it turned out in the end. Both my alt and my main premium account were able to leave the group somehow, it looks as if the land has reverted to another group I belong to. (Not sure about their account status). So, once I've looked into all this I'll update the status and accept as solved hopefully. Thanks again.
  5. I can no longer see or access my own group, (I get messsage that the group exists if I try to recreate it). At least 1 member will lose lots of inventory if I can't resolve this withing 48hrs. I may have botched things when trying to change my group and membership type. HELP! :/
