I have received email but there is no name of the proposer or any link to accept or decline. Any ideas what I should do

was redecorating house and replaced certain items with others. after sim restart these new items had disappeared and the ones I had taken back to inventory were there again (inventory items were still in inventory). linden labs backlogged the sim and still ended up with the orginal items rather than the replacements. a map on the wall had completely disappeared and as no copy presume has gone for good. the lamp which I had changed for a red one was replaced by a yellow one (again no copy).
