Try to put another skin on and see if that will change it..

To me that skin doesnt look right (or well done) Is it one you have brought?

Usually the face is determind by a mix of skin and shape..

You can have an amazing expensive skin but if the shape is bad, then the good in the skin wont show either.. so its a mix. Good thing is that you can make your own shape, so it fits you best..

If that doesn't help and it's not mesh or is at least fitted mesh, you could go to edit shape then go to the eyes and decrease the eye bags, go to the mouth and increase the mouth upturn.. Once you like what you have the use the SAVE AS and rename. That way you haven't altered the original shape in case you need to go back.

It's a mix between your skin and how you change the numbers in APPEARANCE on your head and face and such.  (get a modifiable one) and ALWAYS try on the demo - especially if you can't get a modifiable one.
