Hi Pinkie,  Welcome to the forum.  I think you have already done the tough part.  You have a photo and a good idea what you want as a shape.  Why not take that photo, stick it on a prim, enlarge it, go into edit appearance, and start messing with your sliders?

I am sure someone will volunteer to make the shape for you if you are not comfortable with your sliders.  If you have not already posted this in Commerce > Wanted, you might consider doing so.  Good luck!

You can pick up a free shape in my shop. The teleport is in my Profile Picks.

 

I can give your custom shape a try. I find that custom work is often thankless though because it never matches what someone imagined. If you want to send a photo of what you're after to my profile go ahead. 

 

It's human, right? Because otherwise what you need is a mesh avatar or a set of prims.
