You can make your own shape if you are up to it, but doing a toddler shape right is more difficult than doing an adult shape. Toddler shapes are basically deformed adult shapes, with the clothes hiding the deformities. Shapes and skins can sometimes be found for free. Mesh child avatars are gaining popularity though as they are much more realistic and there are no body distortions.
