TMP head problem :(

Hi, i bought two mesh heads, Slink and TMP.When i put applier on my TMP head, i see just line of skin across the nose and rest is blank mesh.Put settings like on user notecard (i am using Singularity viewer) and still nothing, while Slink head i see perfectly well.I tried to reach The Shops live help, but they couldn~t help me. So, does anyone has any idea how can solve this? Ty in advance vm

You need to have Basic Shaders and Hardware Skinning checked in your graphics to display your TMP head correctly.

When you check the Basic shaders box you should be able to check the hardware skinning box..
