Problems copying items into inventory

Greetings all, 

 

I have recently encountered a problem when buying an outfit where not everything will copy over into inventory. I will be missing and item or two from the set or in some cases only one item will copy over while the res does not and if I got to recopy from the box it is simply empty or only contains an information card. I tried to empty my cache and this did not seem to be the problem. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!

Rez the box on the ground

right click on it and select Open

Then select Copy to inventory.

Everything will copy over

Thank you for the reply. I do know how to copy stuff in the game, however the problem is that not everything copies over. So if a box contains a shirt, shoes and pants it might coipy the shoes and pants and the shirt will not copy over.

Open boxes somewhere very low lag and wait for the window to finish loading before hitting copy to inventory.

While everthing should copy over, if it doesn't just click the items that didn't in the box and with your mouse held down, drag it to the folder then release your mouse button.  If there are several, hold your ctrl key down and click each one then drag them as a group.

I have noticed some failures in this process over the last few days and I've had to re-open the box to drag individual items that have been missing first time round.
