I found the other one also. Here's a little story how i found it.

I took a copy of the hair from the picture you posted and did a google search with it, i didn't find the exact same where would've been a name of the hair, but i found this link to a blog where was another hair used on the shop you linked to and it looked a bit similar style, so i thought it may be from the same creator.

Then i searched for +Spellbound+ shop, found it on the marketplace but there is nothing. I checked the creators profile and found the shop landmark from there, i thought it don't exist anymore, but here it is:
