I need a headless Alpha with a neck please ???

friend bought me a headless alpha not realizing was one in library folder 

but it takes the neck which seems needed i just wanted to hidem y avvies ears cuz they was sticking through

Learn to make it. Google will lead the way and it's not difficult.

If all you need to do is hide the ears of the default avi, edit your shape and make your ears as small as they will go. Save that shape something you'll remember, like "[shape name] - earless." Just make sure you make a copy first, and edit the copy, not the original, in case something goes wrong.

If you still need the alpha, Sassy's right - make your own.

There is a set of alpha's on the market place called Bjorn's Alpha Mask Set, I think free or 1L. They are full permission and come with the textures that make the alphas as well as the alphas themselves. So it is a good place to start making your own.
