Wanted: Mesh creator for a rigged/fitted set of scifi military armor and military uniform.

I am looking for a mesh creator to help design and create a set of military armor that would fit into a scince fiction style environment and a dress uniform to match. I have a coupld of concepts in mind.

My primary concern is the creators ability to work with "furry form" as well as human (Effectivly digitigrade legs as well as plantigrade)
