Didake Estates / The Kid Grid is now looking for a motivated Individual to help us out with land rentals and home rentals in our community.

▨ Who are we? What is the kid grid?
The Kid Grid, also known as KG, is a nine sim PG community dedicated to the kids of second life and their families. In our community you can find places like: NGI Adoption Agency, a full featured Roleplay camp and daycare, Residential Sims with anything for any budget and a lot of prominent kid clothes designer stores. We also feature our own Radio station and have lots of things to do.

▨ Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in sales and family roleplay sims. Such individual must be dependable, responsible and reliable. Such individual must also feel comfortable around people that like to RP, especially kids!

▨ What do we offer?
This job is commission based per plot sold and house rented with a free private home within our community. you also get a percentage of the rent paid every time the customer that you brought over renews his/her tier.

▨ What are the job duties:
-Promote, advertise and rent available plots and houses. (we provide tools for this)
-Keep up with tenants and rent boxes
-Daily sim checks (griefers and random prim droppers)
-Assist in security

▨ Requirements:
➀ highly motivated and outgoing
➁ Must be experienced in sim management and estate management.
➂ Your account must be at least 6 months old.
➃ Must have payment info on file.
➄ Experienced in land rentals.
➅ Must have good temper even with difficult people.
➆ Family and Kid friendly.
➇ Facebook friendly
