I am seeking someone that has commercial land and would like to put it to good use.

I have been a SL resident for 8 yrs., 3 in this current avatar. I have a long successful history in the adult club business.

I have the club and all equipment that's ready to go with the right business partner. Needing someone with commercial land, and that can pay for the advertising/contest winnings.

I will run and manage the club.

Will begin at a 60/40 profit split with you getting the 60. When your intial investment is paid than 50/50.

I am probably the most experienced club owner/manager in Second Life.
