Looking for Long Term Responsible Renter.  Tier date is 15th, beginning March 15th.  15,000 prims.  Available immediately.

Monthly sim fee US$ 295 or equivalent in Linden $ the day of the payment.  Class 5 Sim.

Was rented out for past 3 1/2 years to one renter.

No Linden setup fees.

Yours to do with as you wish. I have been a SL resident since 2004.
