Wanted: Two 1/2 Sims or 1 Full Sim

Hello,

I am considering purchase or rental (with full EM rights, terraforming rights) of two 1/2 sims (connected) or 1 full sim (covenant rights preferred but negotiable).  No homesteads.

I would prefer to stay at or under $284/US per month for tier fees for two 1/2 sims or one full sim.  Purchase price of land is negotiable.
