why I can't log in SL only when I use Nirans viewer

everytime I try it say "Login failed Despite our best effort...

of course I did check secondlife grid. there's nothing. and I did check my network and firewall. I did clean it and reinstall it thousand times.

I did log in from another starting location. it didn't work
I did everything everything I could.

I prefer Nirans viewer to other viewer, cause grapic's amazing.

please help me

Try they blog see if they can help you................. Or log on to SL join they group .... See if  creator of viewer can help

I used the viewer myself  no problems logging
