Aha!  So you figured out how to get your system information.  Great, LishaJoya.  Thank you.

The basic problem is that you are using an old, underpowered computer that is just barely capable of running a SL viewer.  Its CPU (its brain) is the AMD Turion 64 X2, which was new in 2006 (although yours was introduced in 2007). You are using the Windows Vista operating system, which is two generations behind Windows 8.1, the current standard.  You are using the NVidia GeForce  Go 6150 graphics chip, which is an old component (made in 2008 or so) and is way below the performance level of the graphics cards that are most common in SL today.  Take a look....

It's off the bottom of the chart. :smileysad:

You've been running it at the LOW graphics quality setting in order to get it to work at all, but you're asking that computer to work too hard, so it crashes a lot.  It wasn't built to handle SL.  It was designed for general light personal use, watching YouTube videos and DVDs, doing e-mail, and playing some simple on-line games.  I hate to say it, JishaJoya, but the answer to your problems is to get a new computer.  You might get better performance in SL if you use a stripped down viewer like Singularity or Catznip, but I doubt that you can do better with Firstorm or the Linden Lab viewer than you are now.
