Answer for the Black Screen Question.

In the spanish forums a resident has the black screen, he or she says they tried V2 and Pheonix with the same result. All I can find is that it is a Bug for "some" Residents. I mentioned the anti'alising thing and the screen resize reason, I didn't mention the toggle voice but they say they login and everything is black. Any help would be nice. I'm tired and going to bed soon. The Resident is in the spanish forum.

Hi Knowl, that happened to me when I had shadows and antialiasing enabled. If she wants shadows, disable antialiasing, if she wants antialiasing, disable shadows. It was fixed in 2.7.1 though.

oh, also make sure if they are using two monitors that sl is on the primary...

To: Knowl, it does sound nicer. 

I almost said tell them to ensure their monitor is on, but that's just silly.
