whenever I try to enter the HMD mode, It says my graphics card doesn't have the minimum requirements

so the notice say i can use HMD because i dont have the minimum graphics card requirements. it says "vertext shaders and vertex  buffer objects are required for proper rendering in HMD mode.

ive never had issues with oculus or second life before on graphics, so i dont understand the issue

Open Preferences >>. Graphics >>> Hardware and check to be sure that you have activated OpenGL Vertex Buffer Objects.  You should also have Basic Shaders and Atmospheric shaders enabled on the general page on Preferences >>> Graphics.  If your graphics card will not allow you to use High or Ultra graphics quality, you will not be able to activate those.
