unable to load

how  can i get  my  avatar  to load  i  tried  everything i  can log  on to my  alt  just  fine

If your alt is OK, it's most likely a problem with something your main avatar is wearing.  If you are unable to take off the current outfit and put on one of the basic avatars from the Library, you should try a manual cache clear.  Here are instructions on how to do that: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear

you need to reload your avatar.

open the inventory once you are on line, press control and I for the inventory.

at the bottom you see the library

open it and you find lots of avatars,

just open one and you see lots of icons

click on each one until they are all high lighted, or say they are wearing item.

make sure the hair base is loaded and the shape.
