You may have to ask whoever made your TV.  In the past, there have been repeated problems with systems that depend on Flash player, particularly with Macs.  It may be wise to revert to an earlier version of Flash, available here >>> http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html#Flash%20Player%20archives
