how to file a ticket for group chat not working

Hi our group chat is not working in The Trading Post how do I file a ticket?

In case you've missed it, there is a major server maintance ongoing all this week. One of the posts on the grid status explicitely mentioned: "During this time, some residents may experience login issues and residents in-world may be logged off or experience degraded performance. Additionally, during this time Group Chat may fail."

But of course, you can file a support ticket as Freya indicated to you. By the time LL reviews your request, the maintenance will probably be completed... Just saying
