how do i open color hud for ditzzy design shoes?

I bought some "Ditzzy Design" shoes .... but cannot open the color HUD. It remains small, and I cannot enlarge it to use properly. Please help.

Some HUDs expand in a weird way, and the expanded window might be off the screen edge.  Right click the HUD, select Edit.  Roll your mouse wheel to zoom out.  This will let you see beyond the screen borders.  See if there's anything out beyond the screen edge.  If not, close edit, click the button to expand the HUD and look again.

If you see something, just edit the HUD to put the information window inside the screen borders and then close Edit.

If not, there is another possibility.  Maybe scripts are disabled on the land where you are trying this.  If so, there will be a little indicator in your top bar, a page with a "NO" symbol with it.  Move to another location where scripts are not disabled and try using the HUD again.

If neither of these helps, then the HUD may indeed be broken.  Contact the creator and ask for help.

There's no way that we can be familiar with the details of every product sold in SL. When you attach a HUD, however, it should appear on your screen at the size that was designed by its creator.  It was probably meant to be no-mod to prevent you from messing with it, so it's no surprise that you cannot resize it yourself.  Try detaching it and then reattaching.  If it still doesn't appear at the proper size, you should contact the merchant/creator that you bought it from and ask for help.
